We decided to make a lip balm at Siesta because of feedback from our customers.
Around the time autumn began to set in, the number of customers looking for lip balm at our directly managed store, Siesta Labo., suddenly increased. When we asked them, they said, "I suddenly started feeling dry, and I thought Siesta would have a good lip balm..."

Up until then, we had recommended "Calendula Baby," which can also be used for babies, for lips, but that was a type that you apply with your finger. What our customers wanted was a stick-type lip balm specifically for lips.
