🕒Automatic Renewal Schedule

・Automatic renewals occur on the 1st of every month at 00:00.
・For bi-monthly subscriptions, automatic renewals occur on the 1st of odd-numbered months at 00:00.
(e.g., January, March, May, July, September, November)
・Cancellations due to customer convenience after automatic renewal are generally not accepted, so please ensure you process any desired cancellations or suspensions in advance.

📦Shipping Period

Shipments are made around the 25th of each month.
*Shipping dates may vary depending on weather, public holidays, etc.

⚙️Management Method

You can perform the following operations for your subscription at any time from "My Page":
・Pause
・Cancel
・Skip (skip one month)
*When you cancel, your continuation count will be reset, and if you wish to re-subscribe, you will need to apply again.
*If one year passes since the suspension of use, your subscription will be canceled.

🎁Continuation Benefits

We offer benefits tailored to size for customers who continue their subscriptions for a long time.

■ L-size Subscription
Receive a continuation benefit every 6 renewals

■ S-size・M-size Subscription
Receive a continuation benefit every 12 renewals

*Benefit contents may change depending on the season and promotion.

*If you change your size midway, the benefits will be adjusted accordingly based on your subscription details.

🔁 Important Notes

・Automatic renewal timing is **00:00 Japan time**.
・Continuation benefit counts are calculated excluding skipped months.
・If you re-subscribe after cancellation, the count will be reset.

⚡About International Shipping

Currently, purchases from overseas are only available for regular one-time purchases.

Please note that subscriptions are not available.
