Regarding Paidy Payments:
Invoices for Paidy payments are issued on the 1st of the following month after closing at the end of each month, and notifications are sent via email and SMS.
Accepted payment methods include convenience store payment (via store terminals), bank transfer, and direct debit from your bank account.

Please note that payment fees apply only once per month, regardless of the number of transactions.
Product Delivery Time:
Orders placed by the 5th of each month will be shipped around the 20th of the same or the following month.
After shipping, domestic delivery typically takes about one week, depending on the courier.
International delivery may take approximately 2 weeks to 1 month after shipment.
Delivery Method:
For domestic deliveries within Japan, we use Yamato Transport, Japan Post, Sagawa Express, and other carriers.
For international deliveries, we use International ePacket Light.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment so you can monitor the delivery status.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
In such cases, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund.
Return Deadline:
Returns are accepted only if we are contacted within 7 days after the item’s arrival.
Items must be returned unused and unopened.
For defective items, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
