To ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience, please review the following terms before placing your order.

1. Orders

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and changes are generally not accepted.
If, due to stock availability or other unavoidable circumstances, we must cancel an order, we will notify you promptly.

2. Products

For overseas products and handmade items, slight individual differences, misprints, or minor damage to packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes and transportation.
Items that do not affect usability are considered non-defective and will be sold as such.
Please purchase with this understanding.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices include tax.
Please complete payment using one of the payment methods available in our shop.
Order preparation and shipping will begin after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We typically ship orders within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery carriers and methods may vary depending on the product and destination region.
In cases of address errors or prolonged absence resulting in returned shipments, reshipping fees may apply.

5. Subscription Services

We offer two types of subscription services:

• Monthly New Release Subscription

• Bi-Monthly New Release Subscription

For the Monthly New Release Subscription:
Orders and payments completed by the 5th of each month will begin shipping around the 20th of the same month.

For the Bi-Monthly New Release Subscription:
Orders and payments completed by the 5th of odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November) will begin shipping around the 20th of the following even-numbered month.

Cancellations, changes, or refunds after payment confirmation are generally not accepted for subscription products.
If there are unavoidable delays to the scheduled shipping date, we will inform you in advance.
In the case of address errors or prolonged absence, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product.

7. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

Some product designs and packaging sold in our shop are protected by copyrights held by manufacturers or creators.
Personal use (such as for collages, diaries, or gift-sharing) is permitted.
However, resale or commercial use may be restricted by copyright laws.
Please review each manufacturer's terms of use and assume responsibility when using products for commercial purposes.

Our shop assumes no responsibility for the use of these materials in commercial products.
If you intend to use products commercially, please ensure you comply with the guidelines set by the respective copyright holders.
