⚠️ Returns Due to Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size, or mistaken order.
Please carefully review the product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before making your purchase.

📦 Product Defects or Incorrect Deliveries

If the item you receive is significantly damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
After reviewing the situation, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order information) must be provided.

💳 About Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
