[Important] Apology and Announcement Regarding Shipping Delays

Thank you for always choosing our store. We would like to provide an update regarding the delivery of your "Special Custom Lucky Bag," which was scheduled for shipment during the New Year holidays.

Currently, due to the impact of international relations between Japan and China, the number of international flights has decreased. We have confirmed that this is affecting not only tourism but also logistics. In addition, severe weather conditions such as heavy snow have caused delays across the entire logistics network.

Although we completed our order at the end of November, the subsequent rapid changes in logistics unfortunately mean that we cannot guarantee delivery within the previously communicated period (around December 28th to January 6th).

We sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations, especially as you were looking forward to receiving your order during the New Year holidays.

Upon the arrival of the products, we will prioritize packaging and dispatch them sequentially. We will contact you again as soon as we have an estimated delivery date.
